Contra Dance is a non-competitive, social dance form. Prepare to sweat. Each dance is taught briefly so no experience is needed. Patterns resemble a madcap square dance requiring thinking and fast reflexes so all venues are substance free. Newcomers welcome be they youths, seniors, or somewhere in between.
